All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please use the tracking link provided in the email to monitor your shipment. If you find that your shipment is reported as delivered to you, but you do not have it, your first action should be to contact neighbors in case your package was misdelivered nearby. If that does not locate your package, reach out to your local postal carrier or Post Office (if shipped using USPS), or the other carrier you selected for shipping. They should be able to help you trace and locate your package.
The Health Whisperer has no control over our shipping partners, including the USPS, UPS, DHL Worldwide or others. Delays experienced by these partners or shipping losses are outside our control. However, we purchase and provide to our customers ShipSurance which is available to seek reimbursement for damaged or lost shipments, within the rules they apply. Parcels are considered missing only after 20 full days past intended delivery date for domestic shipments, and only after 40 full days past intended delivery date for international shipments. After those dates, please reach out to support@the-healthwhisperer.com to have a claim filed on your behalf.

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Australia (check local border regulations to ensure our products can be admitted into your country)
Others (local shipping rates will display if available)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The Health Whisperer has no control over shipping times once a parcel has left our custody. It is common for there to be delays in international shipping, although some methods offer faster shipping than others, but may come with more tariffs and fees that must be paid by the Customer.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Health Whisperer is not responsible for these charges if they are applied at our checkout, or upon delivery in your country, and are your responsibility as the Customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (domestic) or 25 days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@the-healthwhisperer.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Only the USPS shipping option allows shipping to P.O. boxes. Please choose that shipping option if you use a P.O. box.
Damaged Shipments
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@the-healthwhisperer.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and the mailing label showing the order number. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. In most cases the ShipSurance coverage we purchase for all our shipments will provide reimbursement.
